The Apple fall event 2021 to announce the new generation of iPhone, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone Pro, and Pro Max, has just finished. But that’s not all. In addition to the iPhones, Apple surprised everyone by announcing two new iPads, and certainly the new generation of its Apple Watch Series 7.

It seems that Apple’s slogan in its new devices is recycling, as the American company confirmed that the aluminum used in each device is recycled, in order to preserve the environment, which is a +1 for the company’s interest and for the interest of the environment.

Now let’s move on to a detailed explanation of the new Apple devices and services, and we will not talk in the next lines about the iPhone 13 devices, as they need a separate topic in order to fulfill their right.

Apple Watch Series 7

The new Apple Watch was one of the most expected devices to see at today’s event, and Apple did not disappoint its fans. The company presented us with the new generation of its smart watch with a larger screen than any previous version, and Apple says it is the best smartwatch so far.

Starting with the size, we find Watch Series 7 in sizes 41 mm and 45 mm, compared to 40 and 44 mm in previous versions, as well as the edges have been slimmed down to become only 1.7 mm around the screen.

Apple says that the new generation of its smartwatch is more durable, with a stronger crystal interface and more resistant to scratches. It is the first Apple Watch to receive IP6X dust resistance certification, and it is also protected from water up to 50 metres.

The different watch faces have also been redesigned to take advantage of the wider screen, and two new faces, “Contour” and “Dual Synthetic”, have been added, designed specifically for the new watch.

Larger buttons have been added, and a software keyboard has been added to respond to text messages by writing across the screen.

However, the Apple Watch retained the same old battery, but with a 33% increase in charging speed, as the watch only takes 45 minutes to charge from 0 to 80% of the battery.

As for the functions of the watch, we certainly find the usual health programs from Apple, such as the heart rate sensor, and measuring the percentage of oxygen in the blood.

watchOS 8 introduces new features to anyone who rides a cyclist. Apple Watch uses advanced algorithms to analyze data from GPS, heart rate, accelerometer, and gyroscope to detect when users start cycling and alert them to start a cycling workout outside.

Apple Watch can more accurately measure active calories when riding an e-bike, using up-to-date cycling analytics that assesses data from GPS and heart rate to determine when a user cycles with the motor while switching versus driving with leg strength alone.
